Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for patients experiencing midlife and menopausal transitions. Collaborate within a multi-specialty care team—including the patient's dedicated medical provider and therapist—to ensure a cohesive, holistic care plan that drives superior patient outcomes. Partner with patients over a multi-week program format to facilitate sustainable lifestyle changes, manage symptoms, and enhance overall well-being. Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, body composition changes, bone health, and gut health. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for all visits conducted through the Pomelo platform. National certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) with a license to practice in any US state. *Candidates licensed in multiple states are highly encouraged to apply. Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling. Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week. Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and electronic medical records (EMR). More than half of our clients are immigrants and refugees from around the globe. POSITION OVERVIEW Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the Site Manger oversees the day-to-day operations of a multi-service primary care center in New York City.
