The role runs with full-cycle accounting, AP and AR, a real month-end close, year-end and tax, and the inventory costing that sits underneath every margin in the business, with hands-on support from the Founders and the CFO. \n What makes this different from most senior accountant seats is that inventory piece. We buy green coffee on forward contracts, roast, blend and pack our own product, so cost of sales is built from contract pricing, landed freight and duty, roast yield and bills of materials in Unleashed long before it reaches the Xero GL. The Shipping Assistant supports the secure intake, handling, documentation, and movement of high-value string instruments and related property throughout the auction and sales lifecycle. Working closely with and reporting to the Logistics Manager, this role coordinates domestic and international shipping, maintains accurate property records, and supports auction preparation and vault organization.
