The Role As an Account Manager at DAPY, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth across the US luxury market. This is a commercially focused role combining new business development, strategic account management, and end-to-end project coordination. Project Development & Coordination • Translate client briefs into clear project requirements, working closely with DAPY's international design, engineering, sourcing, and production teams., • Coordinate the development of customized products, from initial concept and prototyping through manufacturing and delivery., • Oversee project timelines, pricing, and commercial follow-up to ensure successful execution., • Anticipate and resolve challenges in collaboration with internal teams and external partners., • Ensure that proposed solutions meet clients' expectations for quality, creativity, budget, and timing. Market Development & Reporting • Contribute to DAPY's commercial strategy and brand visibility in the United States., • Track sales activity, business opportunities, and account performance., • Provide regular updates on pipeline development, forecasts, and commercial results., • Share market insights and client feedback to support the company's broader growth strategy. Your Profile • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably within luxury packaging, promotional products, merchandising, or related industries., • Proven ability to generate new business, manage a sales pipeline, and develop long-term client relationships., • Experience working with luxury and premium brands, ideally in beauty, fragrance, wines & spirits, fashion, or hospitality., • An existing network of industry contacts and decision-makers is a strong advantage., • Strong commercial instincts, excellent negotiation skills, and a results-driven mindset., • Ability to understand and manage complex, customized products and projects involving multiple stakeholders., • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills., • Highly organized, proactive, autonomous, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously., • An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ambition to contribute to the growth of an international business., • Comfortable collaborating across cultures, time zones, and international teams., • Professional fluency in English; additional languages are a plus., • Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows., • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
